Bonneville Salt Flats Speed Week 2009
The Southern California Timing Association (SCTA) and Bonneville Nationals Inc. (BNI) hosted the Land Speed Racing spectacle that is Bonneville Speed Week. My good friend and all around automotive enthusiast John was in attendacnce this past August and shot these pictures of his visit to the Salt Flats in Utah during the 2009 Speed Week.
ECTA Brings Land Speed Racing To North Carolina
April 5 and 6, 2008, the ECTA and Hot Rod Magazine hosted the annual season opener, Top Speed Challenge, an event that started in 2005. Racers compete for the Top Speed Challenge jacket and all vehicles must be street legal.
