The Capital City Cruisers Car Club hosted their 3rd Annual Car Show on Saturday, August 22, 2009 at Grand Strand Pizza and Subs in Raleigh, North Carolina. The show had some very nice vehicles despite the gloomy weather.

David’s 1974 De Tomaso Pantera L
David has previously owned Corvettes, Porches, and Jaguars, but always wanted an original Pantera with low mileage.
In 2003 David was looking through Hemming’s and came across an ad for such a car. The ad stated that the car had 6,500 miles on it. David’s skepticism kept him from making the call. He knew if he contacted the seller he would be told that the ad should read 65,000 miles, so he let it pass and the ad disappeared from the publication.
