A few minutes before one o’clock on June 5, 2010, a rumble could be heard near the bridge in Holden Beach, North Carolina. Escorted by Brunswick County Sheriff’s Deputies, a caravan of classic cars, performance machines, and motorcycle riders, cruised across the bridge completing the Spring Toy Run organized by Brunswick County Motorcycle Enthusiasts.

Mary learned to drive in a 1967 Oldsmobile 442 with a manual transmission. “I only had two problems,” Mary said. “I had to sit on a cushion to see over the dash and I turned a good set of street tires into slicks before I got control of the pesky clutch. “
Sandra and Her 1965 Mercury Comet GT Caliente
Sandra had some money saved and the 1965 Mercury Comet GT Caliente was in her care a week later. “Billy talked me into it and I ended up paying for it; that’s why I call it mine,” Sandra explained. “So it always has my name when we go to anything. It’s my car. Billy and his brother-in-law had no idea I would buy it.”
Sheri and Her II Chevys
“My husband bought it because I already had my car,” Sheri stated. “I have a 1964 Chevy II Nova and he wanted a car too so he picked this one up. Today he went fishing so I got to pick between the Chevy Chevelle and the Chevy Nova as to which one to bring to the show.”
2nd Lady Trojans Softball Open Car Show
The 2nd Annual Lady Trojans Open Car Show included a 1923 Ford Model T with an Arkansas Street Rod License Plate. A black prostreet Chevrolet Nova, a 1942 Chevrolet Pickup with a custom wood bed, and a 1931 Ford Model A were a few of the classics in the show.
17th Brunswick County Motorcycle Enthusiasts Toy Run
The event included a poker run, inviting motorcycle riders and classic car owners to cruise together for a worthy cuase. Registration was set up at the Shallotte, North Carolina Wal-Mart and the group left from there to go on a police escorted poker run.

V-8s and V-Twins rumbled together in a charity poker run on May 23, 2009 to raise money for children. The non-profit, Brunswick County Motorcycle Enthusiasts, organized this Memorial Weekend event in an effort to raise money for underprivileged children in the Southeastern North Carolina County.

Tri-Beach Cruisers Host Bash At The Beach Car Show
Bash at the Beach Car Show in Shallotte, North Carolina was hosted April 26, 2008 by the home-town car club, the Tri-Beach Cruisers. Held between Wilmington, North Carolina and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, the event staff did a great job at the registration table getting drivers from both states entered in the show.
